SkyDealsNow ("we," "us," or "our") is an independent travel agency. We are not an airline, airline representative, or affiliated with any carrier. Airline names, logos, and flight information displayed on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.
2. No Online Payment
SkyDealsNow does not collect payment through this website. Submitting a booking request does not constitute a confirmed booking or financial commitment. A travel expert will contact you by phone to confirm fare availability and process payment securely offline.
3. Fare Estimates
All fares displayed on this site are estimates based on historical fare data and are provided for informational purposes only. Prices are not guaranteed and are subject to availability at time of booking. The actual confirmed fare will be provided during your phone consultation. In compliance with US DOT regulations, all displayed estimates include applicable taxes and fees and are labeled as estimated totals.
4. Booking Request Submission
By submitting a booking request, you authorize SkyDealsNow to contact you by phone and email regarding your travel inquiry. You confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to make travel arrangements for any passengers named in the request.
5. No Booking Fees
SkyDealsNow does not charge booking fees to customers. We are compensated through standard airline commission structures. Any fare difference from the estimate will be disclosed to you before any payment is processed.
6. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation and change policies are governed by the terms of the airline ticket purchased, which will be clearly communicated during your booking call. SkyDealsNow does not independently impose cancellation fees, but airline-imposed fees may apply.
7. Limitation of Liability
SkyDealsNow acts as an intermediary between travelers and airlines. We are not liable for airline schedule changes, cancellations, delays, overbooking, or any other acts or omissions of airlines. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of this site is limited to the amount of any service fee paid to us.
8. Accuracy of Information
We strive to maintain accurate route, airport, and fare information. However, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of information on this site. Always confirm final details during your agent call.
9. Privacy
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
